Most people seem to believe personal branding is only for business owners and job seekers, but used correctly, it can also lead to brighter, more fulfilling lives for career-minded individuals.<\/h2>\n<p>\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/isabelalbeldaros.com\/request-workshops\/\" role=\"button\"><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tREQUEST A WORKSHOP<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Because of this belief I&#8217;m writing a practical Personal Branding <a href=\"https:\/\/isabelalbeldaros.com\/personal-branding\/#book\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-anchor=\"dataItem-kjy3y9ys\">book<\/a> for success in the workplace and developing a pilot personal branding course for Kyndryl. In 2014 I gave a lecture based on this work to business students at the University of La Rioja, and I continued sharing my passion for this topic at IBM hosting workshops for events like Careers Academy 2020 and IBM Foundation Females workshop, holding 1-2-1 sessions and writing articles to help my fellow IBMers (and now Kyndryls) achieve their career goals. There I got to experience a variety of roles, starting out as a Business Specialist in the Graduate Program and later moving on to Transition and Transformation as a Project Manager.<\/p>\n<p>In the 2021 split I joined Kyndryl, still working in the ever-changing environment of T&amp;T, enjoying the challenge of facilitating and coordinating complex service management programmes. Every day I look for opportunities to help make my team more productive and successful using every tool at my disposal, including coaching and Agile practices.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/isabelalbeldaros.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/elementor\/thumbs\/pie-chart-pvptuc2qk6x2mwqvic3dbawe32a6emjkbhdeoj0ruo.png\" title=\"pie-chart.png\" alt=\"pie-chart.png\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a mi carrera profesional, tras obtener un doble Grado en Administraci\u00f3n y Direcci\u00f3n de Empresas y Publicidad biling\u00fce en la Universidad Nebrija me mud\u00e9 a Londres, donde me un\u00ed a IBM Global Technology Services en 2015. All\u00ed tuve la oportunidad de desempe\u00f1ar diversas funciones, comenzando como Especialista en Negocios en el Programa de Graduados y pasando despu\u00e9s a Transici\u00f3n y Transformaci\u00f3n como directora de proyectos.<\/p>\n<p>Con la escisi\u00f3n de 2021 pas\u00e9 a formar parte de Kyndryl, trabajando en el entorno siempre cambiante de las cuentas de Transici\u00f3n y Transformaci\u00f3n, disfrutando del reto que supone facilitar y coordinar programas complejos de gesti\u00f3n de servicios.
